As consultant and writer…
I’m writing a novel. That’s not necessarily a novel thing to do. And it’s not exactly exciting for you to read. But in choosing to put it up as a post, I’m inviting anyone who might read this to ask me, every now and again, how I’m getting on.
Most people have a novel that’s inside them and stays there. And maybe it’d be better for me and everyone else if mine did just that and kept itself to itself. I’m going to trust that I’ll be able to give mine the form it hopefully deserves.
If you ask me how it’s coming on, I’ll know you care.

I’m 41 and have 17 years international experience of facilitation – mostly offline, but increasingly and with great interest online. I’m at home with both small and large groups, dividing my time between working on strategy processes with excellent companies and governmental and societal organisations. I have had the privilege to build up skills and knowledge in the fields of energy, biodiversity and sustainability, regional and economic development, citizen participation and organisational development. That means my work’s all about change.
